One-year warranty

West Pearl offers one-year warranty on all our Jewelry. Our warranty covers defects related to the craftsmanship or construction of your jewelry, including manufacturing defects present under normal wear and structural issues with clasps, chains, posts, settings, or other components.

Making a Warranty Claim

Please contact us at info@westpearlco.com with your order information and clear photographs of the piece.

Once reviewed, an approved warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the original design or materials are no longer available, we may offer an appropriate alternative or store credit.

If your piece falls outside of the warranty period or the issue is not covered, we may still be able to help. Where possible, we can assess the piece and provide a repair quote.
